Fat PS3 CECHK07 80G shutdown in certain games and weird

Hi guys,
My PS3 shutdown in certain games, such as Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, GT6, WatchDog, Armored Core-Verdict Day.
My PS3 specification is listed as below:
1.Rogero 4.55 CFW
2.Fujitsu 80GB
3.PSU: EADP-260AB (http://www.psdevwiki.com/ps3/Power_Supply)
Software list:
1. multiMAN ver 04.66.06 BASE
2. Fan_Control_Utility_2.07
3. CcApi_package_2.60
4. reActPSN v3.20
5. PS2 PlaceHolder

When first time got red light blink and 3 beeps, I did these:
1. Reflow and flux CPU, GPU, Southbridge chip, RAM
2. Replace the thermal compound under the CPU and GPU IHS'

Then I set Fan Control to Playload mode, Manual mode(60%), Max Speed to try these games.
Some games can be played right, Dragon's Crown(in HDD), Street Fighter 4(in HDD), MGS 5 Ground Zeroes (in HDD), MGS 4(BD), Gundam Musou 2(BD), NINJA 2(BD).
In Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag (in HDD), still shutdown again after Loading into game every time.
In Gundam Musou 3 (in HDD), shutdown again after Loading into game.
In Armored Core-Verdict Day(in HDD), always shutdown in same level but others are worked.
I try GT4 using PS2 PlaceHolder, shutdown when creating save files.

The temperatures of CPU and RSX are 58 and 60, separately, using ccapi to measure that.

So I format hard drive in PC using low level format, then re-setup all again. But unfortunately, the same bad result.
I measure 12V and 5V of BD-ray power, it work fine, I think this is why my BD games can be played.
The voltages of PSU are steady, 12.15 and 5.11.

I doubt that my PSU: EADP-260AB is older and no efficiency.
By http://www.psdevwiki.com/ps3/Power_Supply
It has 12V 21.5A (258W) and 5V 0.6A (3W) and 79.09% efficiency. If PSU works fine, it should be almost 206W.
I survey other news and videos about fat PS3's power consumption, it is about 180w when playing games.
This would be close to max load of PSU, I think that 's why some intensive games are dead.
However, there's one thing not make sense why MGS 4 and MGS 5 can be played right. These should be intensive graphic games, too.
So I doubt the 5V 0.6A (3W) of PSU is bad because the 2.5 SATA HDD may be need more power than that(I don't know, maybe different brands of HDD have different power consumption).
Is PS3' SATA HDD powered from 5V 0.6A? Or from 12V 21.5A through a regulator to 5V?
Need I buy a new 3-pins PSU, such as EADP-300AB, APS-239?

I will take a 300W PC's PSU to replace and test my PS3 when I get it.

Any suggestions?
Thanks a lot.

I also did some research about temperature IC ADT7461:
http://www.consoleopen.com/forum/hardware-ps3/17468-ps3-fat-e-ventole-che-partono-al-massimo.html
But I do not understand what this thread told(it's not English)...I just can read English.

I got a PC's PSU and replace it to my PS3's PSU but same thing happened. So, not the problem of PSU.
I try Fan_Control_Utility and set SYSCON mode, it's only 20% of Fan Speed, and the voltage of fan(pin 1) is 12.xx V. Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag can be played but I need to put PS3 Upright side and the temperature is 75.
Then I set Manual mode to 60%, the voltage of fan(pin 1) is down to 11.97 V, and Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag shutdown after loading again, and the temperature is 58.
Therefore, I think the fan of PS3 draws much power and causes something wrong with the temperature monitor IC.
I think maybe can connect fan's power with an external 12V or just directly to PSU' 12V.

Any suggestions?
Thanks a lot.

I have updated PS3 to habib 4.65 v1.02 but still got the same problem.
In Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag (in internal HDD), still shutdown again after Loading into game every time.
In Gundam Musou 3 (in internal HDD), shutdown again after Loading into game.
In Armored Core-Verdict Day(in internal HDD), always shutdown in same level but others are worked.
I try GT4 using PS2 PlaceHolder, shutdown when creating save files.

I try two hdds, low level format them, scan them with 3 kinds of software. These two hdds are ok.
I ever play game with external hdd, but all same result.
Now, I update PS3 to Darknet CEX 4.66 1.02 and play all games normally with SYSCON speed of fan. Speed up the fan with Payload mode or Manually mode will cause PS3 shutdown in games.
The disadvantage is that the temperatures of CPU and RSX are all over 70 degree, so I take an external fan to lower down PS3's temperature.
The conclusion of mine is there may be some drawback in the design of fat PS3's temperature monitor, and the original SYSCON speed of fan cannot be speed up so high.
I find some other people got the same problem like mine in China forum.
Anyway, I can play PS3 games now.
Thanks a lot.

I DIY an hardware fan controller by this site today:
KillerBug's Home
Unfortunately, my PS3 got the same result with Fan_Control_Utility, that is, if speed up fan about 50%~60% and voltage down to 11.9x V, play some games shutdown, such as GT6, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag.
I also try lower down speed to 10%, temperature goes up over 80 degree, but can play game a while.
Someone said, this problem is same as XBOX 360, different temperatures cause BGA contact with motherboard or not.
And now, I just can play some games not need complicated graphic computing like, Dragon's Crown, Street Fighter 4, and so on.
I will give up this Fat PS3 CECHK07 80G and expect new slim PS4 this year.
