Just remember that, to use the JRProgrammer with Speed Upgrade, the firmware "PICFLASH_E_1_0_4_JRP1_ISD.HEX" must be flashed into the JRP by connecting it to the PC in bootloader mode (switch to the left).

Following the official diagram, remove the resistors marked by the green arrow and put them to one side:
Basing on this diagram, solder the resistors that you have previously unsoldered in this way:
By this way the time for reading and writing the NAND will be drastically reduced (something about 1m-1m30s for reading and 2m-2m30s for writing a 16mb NAND)
